My background is healthcare, enterprise IT, and marketing technology, and I bring all three to every practice I work with.

I started in healthcare as a PTCB Certified Pharmacy Technician, processing more than 750 prescriptions a week, handling patient records under HIPAA, and assisting the Area Compliance Officer with HIPAA audits. Later I did enterprise web work inside Kaiser Permanente and City of Hope. Patient data is not an abstract policy to me.

I understand the whole stack

At IBM Global Services I sold and scoped enterprise IT security and infrastructure work. Since then I have run hosting, email, DNS, and CRM systems for multi-site portfolios. That is why I can sit between your phone vendor, your IT vendor, and the AI receptionist vendor, find where something broke, and get the right one to fix it.

I build and run AI myself

I design and operate working AI applications across Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, and local models, including voice and voicemail pipelines, on my own infrastructure. When I customize your receptionist with the vendor or review its calls with you, I am drawing on systems I run every day, not a sales demo.

Background

My career has run through event marketing in Vienna, refugee case administration for the Hebrew Immigrant Aid Society, retail pharmacy, enterprise IT sales at IBM, and more than fifteen years of marketing technology and digital operations work. Clients have included Kaiser Permanente, City of Hope, Colibri Group, APUS, and TIME Manufacturing/Versalift, where I served as the digital operations function for six years.

Along the way I learned to do three things that matter to a busy practice owner: find the actual cause of a problem, explain it in plain terms, and stay accountable until it is fixed.

I hold an MBA in Brand Management from the Thunderbird School of International Management (2005). I work with practices through Hanshiro Inc., my California consulting company.

Career History

  1. Marketing & Promotions· NMBS Productions, Vienna, Austria

    End-to-end event marketing and promotions for commercial clients. Organized and contracted the MTV UK "The Lick" event televised throughout Europe (April 1998). Consulted Sony and BMG on market re-segmentation strategy and developed print-media marketing campaigns targeting Urban Contemporary and Hip-Hop releases in Vienna. Coordinated advertising channels, managed street marketing teams, and negotiated event sponsorships through cold-calling and relationship management.

  2. Refugee Case Administrator· Hebrew Immigrant Aid Society, Vienna, Austria

    Documented more than 350 persecution cases via translator and submitted applications to the American Immigration and Naturalization Service. Supervised and trained 10 Farsi translators in documentation standards. Liaised with the Austrian Ministry of Interior and U.S. immigration authorities on behalf of Iranian religious minorities applying for refugee status. Organized more than 100 transit visas and arranged housing for more than 1,000 refugees. Corresponded with Austrian government entities in German.

    Built and maintained full Ethereum mainnet archive nodes using both Reth and Erigon execution clients, enabling local blockchain indexing and deterministic historical state queries without dependency on third-party RPC providers. Designed and built a complete streaming ingestion architecture for Ethereum DEX events: Kafka producers streaming decoded Uniswap v2/v3 swap events, ClickHouse Kafka engine tables for real-time ingestion, and materialized views for analytics-ready datasets. Built DeFi backtesting infrastructure including deterministic DEX trade replay engines, OHLC price series generation, and Apache Airflow workflow orchestration. Designed hybrid PostgreSQL + ClickHouse OLTP/OLAP architecture for on-chain analytics.

    Designed and operate three production-shaped LLM-augmented applications on personal infrastructure. The Lead Enrichment app is a single FastAPI application consolidating CRM webhook routing, Twilio voice and voicemail with Matrix-protocol operator alerts, a 7-vendor prospect enrichment waterfall, a pgvector RAG pipeline (0.45 cosine threshold), and an SEO intelligence subsystem across 11 n8n workflows on ARM64 Docker, currently operating across 2,656 California contractor prospects. The AI Screening Pipeline is a rules-first screening system with a deterministic 7-category classifier, a two-stage AI evaluation pipeline (GPT-4.1-mini parser → GPT-5 evaluator) calibrated against human override history, and Claude Sonnet 4.6 document tailoring. The DEX Replay Engine is a full-stack on-chain backtest workbench with hand-rolled trading indicators, Cartesian parameter sweeps with constraint hooks, and an AI sweep reducer. Across all three: directed LLM tools (primarily Claude) to write the code while owning the system design, database schemas, migration order, auth posture, abstraction seams, and operational discipline. The LLM is the implementer; the operator is the architect.
